The seas were a bit choppy but smiles were bright! 30 intrepid women and crew set sail enjoying cool winter air in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for the 5th semi-annual Ladies Sail for a Cure to benefit Florida Breast Cancer Coalition Research Foundation
Ladies Sail again for a Cure in Fort Lauderdale -- Another fantastic sailing adventure to benefit Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) was organized by eBoatCharters.com and Wild Hearts Catamaran.
September 8, 2007 (North Palm Beach, Florida) eBoatCharters.com sponsored its third charity event to benefit Breast Cancer Research Foundation on September 8, 2007 out of North Palm Beach Marina on board the sailing catamaran MARIAH. With the support of our participants, donors and sponsors, Serena Hoermann hopes to raise $1500 in 2007. The next Ladies Sail for a Cure event will take place on November 10, 2007 in Fort Lauderdale. Please visit us at www.eBoatCharters.com for more information.
Feb 3, 2006 Forty women braved the elements, enjoyed networking, laughter and a few "eBojitos" during the Ladies' Sailing Getaway in North Palm Beach. eBoatCharters.com organized the event, which raised money and awareness for the mission of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. After selling out the tickets and getting such positive feedback from the ladies, in spite of gray skies and windy conditions, the next event is already planned. Buy your ticket today!
Sad news. A friend's mom had a breast cancer recurrence. It has been a while since our last sailing, so it must be time to plan the next Sail... just as soon as the weather warms up! We're kind of soft here in South Florida.
Should we all sail together or BYOB (bring your own boat)?
